Technical Support for Zondex Guard

OPTION 1
Registered users can click HERE to access the online form to ask a question or seek technical assistance.
OPTION 2
Registered users can communicate via the Zondex Guard inbuilt "Report Problem" facility.
- Connect your computer to the Internet
- Locate the Zondex Z icon in the cluster of icons near your clock on the task bar of your computer screen.
- Right click your mouse on the Z icon to reveal the Zondex pop-up menu
- Left click your mouse on "Report Problem". This will reveal a report form.
- Ensure that your contact details are correct
- Left click your mouse on the "Problem Information" tab
- Type a short description of your problem
- Left click your mouse on the "Email to Tech Support" button
